Refund policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges on fine art prints. All sales are final.
The only exception is if your print arrives damaged.
If your print arrives damaged: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if the print is damaged or if you received the wrong item. Email photo proof of the damage to ry@malenaindustries.com so we can verify the issue.
Once verified, we will send you a replacement print at no additional cost. If the print is sold out or cannot be replaced, we will issue a full refund.
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any other reason, including change of mind or incorrect size/design ordered.
European Union 14 day cooling off period: If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The print must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refund timing: If a refund is issued, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
