Shipping policy

All prints sold through this store are individually handled, signed, numbered, and stamped by Ryan Malena Davis. Because each order is prepared by hand, and because fulfillment involves real partners rather than automated dropshipping systems, shipping timelines may vary.

This Shipping Policy explains the manner in which orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered.

ORDER PROCESSING
Processing refers to the time required to prepare an order before it is handed to a carrier. Processing times may vary depending on the size of the order, the nature of the release, print volume, and partner availability. Typical processing times range from seven to twenty-one business days. Certain releases, limited editions, or high-volume periods may require additional time. Processing time does not include transit time provided by the carrier.

FULFILLMENT METHODS
Orders may be fulfilled in one of two ways. Many orders are prepared, packaged, and shipped directly by Ryan Malena Davis, who inspects each print and applies the necessary signature, numbering, and stamp. In other cases, we may work with trusted print studios and fulfillment partners located in Los Angeles. These partners may prepare and ship the order if doing so provides faster service or reduces shipping cost. Regardless of fulfillment method, all prints are personally signed, numbered, and stamped before shipment.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping timelines depend on the destination, carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout. Domestic shipments within the United States typically arrive within two to ten business days once in transit. International shipments typically arrive within seven to thirty business days. These delivery windows are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processes, carrier backlog, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may require additional time to update after the carrier receives the package.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, size, weight, and quantity of the items ordered. Larger formats, such as 24x36 prints, may incur higher shipping costs due to packaging requirements. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import charges, VAT, or other fees imposed by local authorities.

DELIVERY ISSUES
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, unclaimed packages, or carrier delivery attempts. If a shipment is returned to us due to an address issue, additional charges may apply for reshipment.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If a carrier marks a shipment as delivered, Malena Industries is not responsible for loss or theft of the package. If a shipment is lost in transit and never marked as delivered, we will work with the carrier to investigate. If the carrier confirms that the package has been lost, we will replace or refund the order in accordance with our policies.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us at ry@malenaindustries.com within seven days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage. Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no cost. If the item cannot be replaced, we will issue a refund. Further details regarding damaged items are addressed in our Refund Policy.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages if doing so protects the artwork or expedites delivery.

PREORDERS AND SPECIAL RELEASES
Occasionally, certain products may be offered as preorders or timed editions. These items may have unique processing or fulfillment timelines, which will be stated on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
